EMPATHY MAPPING
What is an Empathy Map?
The Empathy Map is a powerful tool designed to help
designers empathize with users and synthesize
observations from their research.
This a phase from which we get insights about the
user’s needs, pain points, emotions and
behaviour.
An effective tool at the initial stages (after the
research stage but before requirements and
concepts) of the design process.
2
It helps synthesize research
observations and reveal deeper
insights.
