PREFACE I devoted my best effort and attention to gather academic knowledge from my academic books. Books are the principle source of knowledge. But the educational Institute in Bangladesh is enlightened by the theoretical knowledge rather than practical. But it is true education cannot be fulfilled and real without the combination of these two components. The Department of Management in Islamic University sometimes arranges Industrial Tour for departmental students in various industries by the some way. This department also taken an important program for students at the end of final examination of BBA and MBA program. Its name INTERNSHIP PROGRAM. Thus, I appeared in this program with the end of my MBA program that supervised by my Honorable Supervisor and prepared this report. For completing this report, my Honorable Supervisor selected the TOPIC related with Agrani Bank Ltd. I have taken endeavor for analysis on the subject entitled Cultural Assessment of Agrani Bank Ltd. I have tried my best of bring out the fulfillment of the research study and highlight the aspects of the subject. Internship program is an integral part to fulfillment of MBA Degree in Islamic University. This program is actually a juncture of academic and professional life dealings. For coordinating my internship I was placed in AGRANI BANK LTD. After analyzing attitude, behavior, perception, interview of employees, I was finally prepared this report. I devoted my utmost effort and attention to learn the culture of this Bank.

I have rendered my all knowledge to present this report on Culture Assessment of Agrani Bank Ltd. In this study, it is shown that various interaction can be used in the evaluation of culture of this Bank.
