GREETINGS!

I am writing to formally inform you that we have received the official announcement
from the UAPSA National Committee regarding the UAPSA National Congress 2025. The
event will be held from April 10 to 12, 2025, in a hybrid format, with both online and on-site
activities at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay. This annual gathering provides an excellent
opportunity for students to participate in various competitions, engage in insightful
discussions, and connect with fellow architecture students nationwide.

For those interested in participating, kindly reach out to me directly for further inquiries.
I will assist in providing the following necessary documents:
• Excuse Letter from our School – For class exemption purposes.
• Permission Letter – To be submitted to the school administration.
• Declaration/Undertaking Form – Required for participant acknowledgment.

Please take note of the following important deadlines:


• Delegate Registration: March 31, 2025
• No Walk-ins Allowed: Strictly no walk-ins will be accommodated on the day of the
event. However, registered slots may be transferred with prior notice of 5 to 10 days.

Once registered, participants will receive a confirmation email from the NATCON
