Who we are
Like “JOE HAWLEY 1.5 SPACED” there will be two people behind this doc. I am Everly, I will be
writing the doc for the most part. I was 13 when I first started talking to Joe, I am 16 as of
January 2025. I am Asexual Biromantic and nonbinary, THIS WILL BE IMPORTANT LATER. I
use She/They pronouns. Charlie Is my friend who will also be a part of the doc. He was 11,
ELEVEN, when it started talking To Joe and is currently 14. He is Lesbian and Agender. It uses
He/it pronouns. If Charlie is writing, the text will be orange. We both started talking to Joe on
February 12th 2022, I stopped talking to Joe on December 28th 2024, Charlie stopped talking to
him on January 2nd 2025.

How we met Joe

It was on Saturday, February 12th 2022. I met Joe in person, he was visiting Florida, so was I.
My mom let me talk to him and he seemed pretty friendly at first. We talked for about 3 and a
half hours before my family had to go back to the hotel. During this conversation with Joe I told
him about myself, Charlie, and my family. He even asked for my number, and I didn't say no to
his number. I asked Charlie if it was ok if I gave Joe its number and it said yes. This is when Joe

first texted me.

(I was so flattered that I had to screenshot and show my friends, hence the pictures being taken
the day I got the number)
Charlie : I got a text from a random number, I was super surprised when I found out it was Joe.
We talked a bit before I went to bed.

Ableism
I have severe Adhd and autism. Charlie has anxiety, ocd and asd. Joe also has mental health
issues. You wouldn't expect him to be such an ableist, since we were all
neurodivergent. The day I told him that me and Charlie were both autistic, things took a rough
turn. He wouldn't believe we were autistic and would proceed to say that “everyone should be

autistic” or something pretty close.

(I can't tell if he's using “tizzy” as a slur)

There has also been times where he

compared my and Charlie's disorders.

Sexualization and pedophilia

If there is one thing me and Charlie can say without hesitation, it is that we never thought Joe
would have any pedophilic intentions. He wanted to meet us Friday August 22nd 2022 at Civic
Center park. This is the first time he asked to meet me, and Charlie would get to meet him. I
said yes, and so did Charlie and his parents. My parents said yes. We all trusted Joe. Keep in
mind this was the first time I got to meet Charlie. I had turned 14 last month, Charlie was 11.
When we arrived at the park both Of our parents had left us with Joe as if he was some type of
sitter. We would talk about our lives with Joe and he would talk about his. Then he would go on
to compliment us like call us pretty, adorable and even more. Even though we felt only platonic
love for him, we felt flattered and spoiled. I went to get my bag for a drink of water. I turned
around and saw what looked like Joe flirting with Charlie. It was uncomfortable that Joe was
flirting with him. Keep in mind, this was less than a month before Joe's 40th birthday. A 40 year
old, flirting with an 11 year old. A FORTY YEAR OLD. FLIRTING WITH A FUCKING ELEVEN
YEAR OLD. I wanted to say something so bad, but I kept quiet. Then Joe pulled him in for a
hug and turned it around. I almost threw up when I saw what Joe was doing. Joe Had one of his
hands on Charlie's back and one on his stomach, rubbing his stomach and smiling. JOE WAS
IMPLYING HE WANTED TO GET HIM PREGNANT. I tried calling my dad, and then Charlie's
parents. No one picked up. Joe then made a comment on how Charlie was more developed
than me. He said that Charlie was about a “double c” and I was like an “a cup”. I've never felt so
disgusted in my life. I took a look at what I was wearing and thought “I shouldn't have worn a
crop top and shorts” but the problem was Joe. (I was wearing a white crop top and jean shorts,
Charlie was wearing a light pink tank top and a cheetah print skirt)
Charlie : The whole experience was traumatizing, I've never been sexualized by an older man,

let alone anyone. The second I got home I texted Joe about it. He didn't even seem bothered

the slightest bit.

He brought in the other victims' names into this. (The second doc wasn't made yet)

Homophobia and Transphobia

Both me and Charlie are lgbt. I still use my birth name but Charlie doesn't. It hasn't came out to
his parents yet, so they used his deadname to Joe. We are sadly gonna have to announce that
the Aubreigh in question is Charlie. Aubreigh is Charlie's deadname.
Charlie was practically forced to come out as agender when we met. About a year after the
incident, I came out to Joe as Bisexual and Nonbinary. I told him my pronouns too.

(I have a tendency of deleting my conversations, that's why “texting with joseph” is there)
He also proceeds to say he doesn't believe in asexuality and asks me sexual questions.

It's like he wanted to fight me over Charlie's identity. There has also been times he called
Charlie an “inanimate object”

The Birthday Party (September

2023-now)
I remember coming home from school on 9/7/23 and about 4 hours later I got a text from Joe
asking how I was and stuff. We talked then I asked him if we could meet somewhere again, he
said he had a small party on the 21st and invited me. I was excited, but anxious. I asked my
parents without thinking and they said yes. (I lived about an hour away from Joe, Charlie lives
about 5 hours away) Charlie asked his parents and they said yes, Charlie's dad offered to pick
us up along the way. (Me and Charlie live about 4 hours away)

I asked what I should wear and he said anything I wanted, So I wore a white dress and black
tights, Charlie wore a light blue dress shirt and dark blue dress pants.

He told me where he's having the party. I spent nights

worrying and denying. He wouldn't do something like this at his birthday, right?
The day of the party me or Charlie didn't go to school because of the drive. Charlie's dad picked
us up around 1:30, and we arrived at Joe's house around 2:40ish. The party was from 6:45-9:00
pm. Charlie's dad for some reason was gonna drive back to his house to leave me Charlie and
Joe alone. When we arrived at the party, we got to meet Joe's mom, his two sisters and some of
his aunts, uncles and cousins. None of his other friends came. Everyone there was surprised at
how young we were. (I was 15 and Charlie was 12.) Joe was deadnaming Charlie to his
relatives and I tried to correct Joe, everyone started getting aloof with me, except his sister
Melissa. I remember caketime too clearly. Joe offered me and Charlie some of his alcoholic
beverage, he knew we were underage. Joe's other sister Elizabeth insisted we should have a
bit. We never did. When I was getting my slice of cake, A very drunk Joe made a comment
about how I was eating too much. I only had two plates of small food and a slice of cake. He
then made comments about me, saying that my breasts have gotten bigger since we met at the
park. He also said Charlie had gotten curvier too. I had to text my mom. This was my mom's

reaction.
(Devon is Charlie's dad) I gave up on my mom as she wasn't being a help. We had to stay the
night at Joe's. Both me and Charlie didn't sleep last night. We kept getting woken up by the
sound of Joe whining and throwing up. The ride home was silent.
When my dad brought us home, we decided not to tell him anything. We were very quiet on the
ride home. I kept looking at myself in my phone camera, trying to figure out I got “curvier” since
the last meeting with Joe. I wasn't even a teenager. Joe was 41. An uncle of Joe's had told me
that my stomach could have been flatter. I was never insecure about my weight until now. We
dropped off Everly, and I silently cried until I got home. I then proceeded to leave Joe a text
saying he made us uncomfortable. He texted me to get over ourselves.

Overall rudeness
About a couple of weeks after I met Joe I started to get exposed to his severe mood swings. He
could be this happy cheerful soul one minute than rude and disgusting the next

(This is around December 2024, specifically before I stopped talking to him)

The day I ceased interaction with him was a tough day, but I had to do it.

Joe was already aware that I wasn't gonna talk to him anymore. I was sad, but very relieved.

Conclusion
We want Joe Hawley fans to know he isn't who you think he is. He has groomed several people.
He needs to get severe help, this has been going on since the 1st doc, before the first doc even.
We can't remove him from tally hall because tally hall is a thing of the past. Our hearts go out to
Eden, Nymn, the woman he groomed in the 3rd doc, Courtney Flynn, Haffey, and all Hawley
