Below are some points everyone should follow.

LinkedIn:
 Everyone should change their header on LinkedIn. These are the string
need to mention on their LinkedIn “Hiring H1b transfer”, “if you need
a job, please contact me”.
Or any hiring post” looking for job”.
 Each recruiter should be an OPT Recruiter. Who should connect to the
candidates and build relationships.
Prime Vendor:
 From now onwards every recruiter should try to work with Prime vendors.
Get connected to all the prime vendors. And check with them regarding
requirements.
Or else submit a best candidate to sub vendor of a prime vendor. And get
the prime vendor recruiter details from our consultant who called and who
is taking interview from the client side or implementation partner.
Lets build some contacts.
 Who ever make highest number of prime vendor submissions. He will get
rewarded.
 Whoever brings new vendorship to the company. He will be rewarded.
Full Time Marketing:
 Everyone if you came across any OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, GC EAD, L2 EAD &
L2S profile for full time marketing. Please pass on the details to sagar.
 Getting an advance amount of 500$ to 2000$ from candidate and
submitting for full time marketing. Helping them with our staffing services.
For C2C:
Sourcing client specific candidates & location specific requirements:
 Now a days few of our clients are asking for client specific candidates like
Ex- CapitalOne, Ex-Walmart, Ex-apple or We will be having location specific
requirements like
 Devops Engineer with AWS, Python in PA from Judge for Vanguard.
 Data Engineer in PA
 IOS, Android, Java in Richmond, VA or Austin, TX from Dexian for
CapitalOne.
 Java, Data Engineer resume in California for Walmart position.
 Java developer in phoenix, AZ for HTC
 IOS & Android developer in Washington for T-mobile
 Sourcing all independent contractor profiles and maintaining a database.
And marketing them to our know vendors. This sheet is accessible to every
recruiter. In long run we will definitely get benefit out of it.
 Working on Independent contractor on GC/USC on 1099 for 90:10
percentage ratio. Will increase count.

 Need to build our hotlist with most closing positions like


 Golang Developer
 IOS or Android
 GIS Specialist
 React Developer
 Mainframe developer

 Data scientist with AI/ML
 Python Developer
 Azure Data Engineer with Python, Pyspark, Databricks

 Submission should be entered on the sheet daily like interviews.


Target:
 Everyone should make at least 3 prime vendor submissions on the assigned
candidates in a week irrespective of the visa status.
 At least 1 or 2 interviews should be from each recruiter in a month on your
assigned candidates irrespective of the visa status. If you are not reaching the
deadline in a month or 2 months. You will be straight way moved to PIP.
