Dear Mr. John Webster,
I received your email yesterday. I am grateful that you are caring well for our
coming I am writing to give you some more information about our visit to your
school.
First, there are 10 students totally so I think we should stay in a youth hostel
together for convenience that we can care for each other. We are all freshmen and
it is the first time we travel abroad. Therefore, it would be some difficulties but I
hope it would be fun.
About our group and their favourite activities, the students love playing sports and
taking outdoor activities like camping or skiing. We wonder whether we can have
a friendly volleyball match with your school's students. It would be interesting.

Dear Pat,
How are you these days? How is your family? I'm writing to suggest you some
ideas for your wife's birthday party.
First, I think you can surprise her by a party at home on her birthday. Home is the
coziest and most comfortable place that all women like to go back after work.
Therefore, it is the best choice. For the time, evening might be good for party than
any others. You can invite the family and her friends to join with you if you like, or
it's just a personal party with two of you.
About food, you should make some of her favorite ones and display them carefully
to show how much you love and care for her. Don't forget to buy some flowers as
they would make the atmosphere more romantic.
Hope that you find my ideas useful. Write me soon.
Best,
