God Perrikus, who granted her psychic abilities.
To thwart Thanos’ plan to conquer the galaxy, Jean
transferred a portion of her Phoenix powers to Adani.
Perrikus then used Adani’s powers to resurrect the
Shadow Realm and his fellow Dark Gods.
After defeating Thanos, Jean retreated into a cocoon
and emerged in a new and even more powerful

form. Adani refused to relinquish her portion of the
Phoenix, allowing the Dark Gods to further corrupt
and empower her. Phoenix and Adani battled, and
Adani teleported them to the Nexus of All Realities.
She then vowed to use her new powers to remake
all of existence!
