AFFIDAVIT OF FACTS

l,MR TENDZONG MARIUS NJUNGZE, an adult, male, Camerocnian, Christian, holder of


national lD. Card No; '1149196573. issued at SW14 on'1'1 111120"3, a businessman within
Cameroon with resident in [/bu-Akwaya, do make oath and state as follows;

1. That I am the deponent to this affidavit

2 That I have known FOZAO NZOTA CLARENCE for more than sixteen (16) years.

3. That FOZAO NZOTA CLARENCE is a teacher by profession. See diploma attached and
marked exhibit A.

4. That FOZAO NZOTA CLARENCE with residence in 6808 REAL PRINCESS in 21207
GWZNN OAK BALTIIVORE IVARYLAND,is my legally marred wife since 2014. See
marriage certificate attached and marked exhibit B

5. That the union is blessed with six (6) children, three (3) girls and three (3) boys,to wit,
NJUNGZE Rima Nzota, FOZAO Nkadem Bright, NJUNGZE Villa Chiatie, NJUNGZE
Blessing Fielefack, NJUNGZE lsaac Nobondem, and NJUNGZE tt/ira Favour Toyndem.
See birth certificates attached and marked exhibits C1 to C6.

6. That since 2017, due to the ongoing conflict in Anglophone Cameroon, my family and I

have suffered from several attacks and persecution from borh the Government armed
forces and separatist fighters.

7. That due to those numerous attacks against my family, my wif e was forced to flee to the
United States while the other members of the household fled tc the Equatorial rain forest
in Akwaya, precisely in lVbu community where we sought refuge till date.

8. That the community is located in the heart of the Equatorial rain forest with little or no
access to education, electricity, pipe borne water and healtlr care thereby making life
very difficult for me and the members of my household.
