Front Office Section:
Hi, this is Jhone calling you from the corporate office of Uber Eats. How are you
doing today? (I am doing fine, thank you for asking.) The reason for this call is
that there is a connectivity issue, and we’ve received a lot of complaints from
the customer’s end. They are facing problems regarding their orders. Can you
connect me with the owner or the manager?

Agent Introduction Section:p
Hi, this is Chuk calling you from Uber Eats. How are you doing today? (I am
doing fine, thank you for asking.) The reason for this call is that there is a
connectivity issue. We have received a lot of complaints from the customer’s
end. They are facing issues regarding their orders. I see that you missed 16
orders due to a connectivity issue over the last two weeks. I hope you’ve
already noticed that you are not getting as many orders compared to the
previous month. To resolve this issue, one way is to simply update your tablet,
and the issue will be resolved. If not, we can send you a new, updated tablet at
no cost, and you will receive that updated tablet within the next 4 to 5 business
days.

Verification and Tablet Upgrade Section:


First of all, I will verify some details to upgrade or dispatch the tablet. I see that
your business name is (XYZ), the service address is (XYZ), and the number
registered with your business (XYZ) — is it a cell phone or landline number?
(Note: confirmation can’t be sent via text to a landline number.) Is it a...?
Can you provide me a cell phone number where I can send the confirmation
code? Kindly check that I have sent you the 4-digit verification code to your cell
phone number ending with (XYZ). Please verify it. There is also an email
associated with the account starting with (XYZ) and ending with (XYZ)@
(XYZ.com). You will receive a 4-digit code there as well. Can you verify that code
if the portal is open?

Email & Confirmation Section:


Then, go to the user options and verify all the emails linked with the customer's
business account. Ask which email they want to update as the admin email on
the newly updated tablet. If they want to keep the same admin email on the
newly updated tablet, or if they want to update another email as the admin on
the new tablet, inform them that they will receive a confirmation on the admin
email linked to their current tablet.
Tell the customer they will need a pen and a piece of paper to write down the
confirmation number. Copy their email, go to the domain, enter their email
there, and click on "Forgot Password." Ask the customer for the confirmation
code or instruct them to tap "Yes" on the number, whichever it is. After the
customer shares the confirmation code or taps "Yes" with you, immediately ask
them to write down that confirmation number (e.g., UE385790362567). Then, go
to their inbox and delete the "Forgot Password" and recovery email from the
inbox while providing them with the confirmation code.
Final Details Section:
Ask the customer to write down your name, Chuk Jone, and Uber Eats contact
number 765726323. Also, provide them with your direct line number for further
assistance.
