1) The Temporary Fire Crackers shop shall be established in the Licenced Premises only.
Temporary Fire Crackers shop shall be erected with Non-Combustible/Fire Resistance material like Asbestos, Zinc and G.I. Sheets etc. No

Flammable materials such as cloth, wood, tarpaulin etc. shall be used in the construction of the shed.
The Temporary Fire Crackers shop shall be provided Electrical wiring executed safely without joints with fool proof insulation and certified by a

licensed Electrician.
4) Two (02 No.s) DCP Fire Extinguishers each 5 Kgs capacity shall be provided near to Temporary Fire Crackers shop.
Two Water Barrels each 200 liters along with Six Fire Buckets (Three with sand & three with water) shall be provided near to Temporary Fire

Crackers shop.
6) Smoking in and around the Temporary fire crackers shop shall be strictly prohibited.
Usage of spark generating tools like iron tools, implements balance, weights etc. shall be prohibited in and around of the Temporary Fire Crackers

shop.
8) Children below the age of 18 years would not be employed in the Temporary Fire Crackers shop.
9) The shop premises should always be kept clean and no combustibles/waste material should be allowed to accumulate.
