Training Period: 10 days [Unpaid]
Mode: Work from office
Location: Bengaluru
During your OJT (on job training), you will be paid a base salary at the monthly
rate. Your Incentives will be paid based on your personal performance in
accordance with the Company’s regular payroll process. As an exempt Intern, you
will not be eligible for any overtime pay. This position is a full-time position and
your regular salary will be prorated based on a 9 hours of working per day.
At-Will Employment: Your employment with the Company is "at will," and thus
you or the Company may terminate our employment relationship at any time,
with or without cause or advance notice. The Company reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to change your compensation and/or employee benefits at any
time on a prospective basis.

Additional Agreements: As a condition of your employment, you agree to execute


any additional agreements required by the Company at the start of your
employment. This includes any agreements that relate to your confidentiality or
intellectual property assignment obligations to the Company. You further agree
that at all times during your employment (and afterwards as applicable), you will
be bound by, and will fully comply with, these additional agreements.

Additional Terms and Conditions of Offer:


Entire Agreement: This employment agreement, along with the Confidentiality
Agreement, sets forth the terms and conditions of your employment with the
Company, and supersedes any prior representations or agreements concerning
your employment with the Company, whether written or oral. You acknowledge
and agree that you are not relying on any statements or representations
concerning the Company or your employment with the Company except those
made in this agreement. This employment agreement may not be modified or
amended except by a written agreement signed by you and an authorized officer
of the Company.

▪ During the training period you will not receive any of the employee benefits that
regular employees receive.
▪ During the training period, the company will have all the rights to terminate your
services without offering any reason.
▪ At any time if you wish to discontinue the training due to personal reasons ,you
will have to serve a 15 days notice period or you will have to pay a compensation
equal to 15 days stipend.
▪ All the information acquired during the course shall be strictly confidential and
you shall refrain from using it for your own purpose or from disclosing it to anyone
outside of the Company.
▪At any time, if you are trying to defame the company or its employees, you will
be liable to pay a fine of 50,000/- and termination of your employment or
probation.
▪ Upon conclusion of your tenure, you will immediately return to the Company all
of its property, equipment and documents including electronically stored
information.
▪ You will observe all policies and practices governing the conduct of our business
and employees.

▪ Official communication either within the company or outside the company


should be through the company Email of your manager only.
