1 确认凝结水及低加系统检修工作结束，工作票终结或收回。
Confirm maintenance work for condenser water an LP heater has been
completed ,work ticket is finalize and recovered
2 确认凝结水系统已具备投运条件：
Confirm operating condition for condenser water system is satisfied
1) 凝补水系统已投运正常，凝补水箱补水正常；check operating condition
of condenser water system is normal ,makeup water tank as well
2) 闭冷水系统已投运正常，凝泵轴承、电机空冷器及上轴承冷却水已投入；
confirm cooling water system is normal ,bearing and motor cooler and
upper bearing cooling water is put into service
3) 凝泵轴承润滑油油质合格，油位计指示正常；lubricating oil quality for
condenser bearing is qualified ,the condition of oil level indicator is
normal
4) 凝结水系统联锁试验正常，所有保护、热工仪表投入。Interlock test of
condenser water system is normal ,input protection instrument and
thermal meter
3 凝结水系统已按投运前检查卡要求检查操作完毕。
Check the condition of condenser water system according to inspection
card
4 确认凝结水系统相关热控表计的一次门开启。
Confirm primary valve of relevant thermal meter is opened

5 检查凝泵密封水投运正常，调节密封水压力 0.4～0.6MPa，漏泄量正常。
Confirm operating condition of seal water system is normal, seal water
pressure is controlled within the range of 0.4～0.6MPa,leakage amount
is normal
6 确认凝补水系统运行正常，开启机×凝汽器/凝补调，向凝汽器 A、B 热井
补水至 900mm 左右；开启凝泵进口滤网空气门，连续出水后关闭：
Confirm the condition of condenser water system is normal ,feed water to
hot well of condenser A,B to 900mm approximately , open air vent valve
of inlet filter ,close it after continues water is found
7 确认下列设备绝缘合格后送电：
Supply power for the following equipment after insulation test is qualified
1) 凝泵 A；condenser pump A
2) 凝泵 B；condenser pump B
8 将凝汽器补水调门投入自动，确认凝汽器水位与就地一致。
Input auto mode of makeup water valve of condenser ,confirm water level
is consistent with the local
9 开启机×/凝水母管注水门，对凝泵出口凝结水母管注水至 0.2MPa 以上，
下列放空门见水后关闭：Open feed water valve of main pipe to feed water
to a level above 0.2MPa, the following vent valve will be closed after
water is found
机×轴加/出水凝空 1、2。Gland seal valve and condenser vent valve 1.2
10 联系化学确认凝结水精处理运行方式（走部分容量或全容量），确认凝结水
至除氧器管路全部隔离，凝泵启动后走再循环。
Contact chemical to confirm the operation of condensate polishing
treatment (part or full capacity)，confirm the pipe between condensate
water to deaerator is completely isolated , recirulating mode is applied
after the start of condensate pump
11 确认凝泵启动允许条件具备后，启动一台凝泵，开启并调节凝水再循环门，
注意检查凝泵电流、进口滤网差压、凝结水压力、凝结水流量等正常。
Confirm the condition required for the start of condensate pump is
satisfied , and then start one pump to open and adjust recirculating valve,
check the current ,pressure difference of filter ,the pressure and water
flow is normal
12 就地检查凝泵与电机振动情况正常，无异常声响，轴承温度正常、密封水

Check operating condition of condensate pump , motor vibration
abnormal noise , bearing temperature , seal water ,air temperature of
motor are normal at the site
13 对凝水用户母管及各用户管路注水排空。
（凝泵未投运时，可用凝水母管注
水门对用户系统进行注水投运）
Exhaust air by feeding water to user’s main pipe and branch pipe (use
main pipe valve to feed water to user’s system when condensate pump
is not in operation )
14 开启机×/凝水副调门至 30%。
Auxiliary regulating valve of condensate water should be adjusted to 30%
15 开启凝水主调后空1、2，连续见水后关闭。
Open vent valve 1.2 ,close it after continues water is found
16 开启＃8加A进水门、＃8加B进水门，开启＃7加A、B水侧空气门，待7、8
号低加水侧注水排空后关闭各空气门。
Open inlet valve of NO.8 heater A ,inlet valve of NO.8 heater B,air side
vent valve of NO.7,8 heater A,B ,close air vent valve after water side vent
valve of NO.7,8 LP heater is exhausted
17 开启＃6加进水门，开启＃6加出水空气门，待6号低加水侧注水排空后关闭
空气门。
Open inlet valve of NO.6 heater and outlet vent valve ,close vent valve
after water side of NO.6 LP heater is exhausted
18 开启＃5加进水门，开启＃5加出水空气门，待6号低加水侧注水排空后关闭
空气门，保持＃5加出水门关闭。
Open inlet valve of NO.5 heater and outlet vent valve ,close vent valve
after water side of NO.5 LP heater is exhausted, keep outlet valve of
NO.5 heater closed
19 检查凝结水系统无漏水现象，特别是低加水侧部分无漏水，各低加汽侧水
位正常，否则应检查低加管束是否泄漏。
Check condensate water system for leakage ,especially water side of
LP heater ,air side water level is normal , otherwise check LP tube bundle
20 低加水侧注水结束后，适当开启＃5加出口电动放水门，对低加水侧进行冲
洗，排放过程中注意调整凝汽器热井水位、凝补水箱水位。
Open electric drain valve of #5 heater accordingly after water injection ,

flushing water side pipe ,water level of condenser’s hot well and
condensate water tank should be adjusted accordingly during the
process of discharge
21 ＃5加出口凝结水水质合格后，关闭＃5加出口放水门。
Close outlet drain valve of N0.5 heater when the quality of condensate
water is qualified
22 根据需要开启＃5加出水门，向除氧器上水。
Open outlet valve of NO.5 heater to feed water to deaerator as required
23 根据需要将备用凝泵投入联锁。
Input interlock of standby condensate pump accordingly
24 凝结水系统投运操作完毕，汇报值长。
Report to shift leader after input operation of condensate water system
has been completed
