Face Transformation Blueprint: Model Face Edition

1. Facial Sculpting Exercises (10 mins daily)

- Mewing (All day): Rest tongue on the roof of your mouth, breathe through the nose.

- Chin Lifts: 3 sets of 15 reps - tilt head back, push lower jaw up.

- Cheek Puffing: 3 sets of 20 seconds per side.

- Fish Face Sucks: 3 sets of 20 seconds.

- Jaw Resistance Push: 2 sets of 30 seconds using hand resistance.

2. Skin Glow Protocol

Morning:

- Gentle Cleanser, Vitamin C Serum, Moisturizer, Matte Sunscreen.

Night:

- Cleanser, Niacinamide Serum, Moisturizer.

Weekly:

- Exfoliate 2x (scrub/chemical).

- Face Mask 1x (Multani Mitti or Charcoal).

3. Hair, Eyebrows & Beard
