1. Solve the following system of equations by elimination method
a) 4x-y-7=0 [4]
4x+3y-11=0

2. Solve the following equations by substitution method.

3. Solve each of the following equations

4. If four time a whole number is subtracted from the three time the square of a number, the result

5. It is given that A={1,2,3,4,7} and B={2,4,8,10}
