CRS Compliance

Sub: Opening of Double (UP main) line from Prayagraj Rambag (inc.) (Km 326.214 from CPR) and
Prayagraj Jn. (Excl.) (km 328.438 from CPR) in connection with Banaras-Madhosingh-
Prayagraj Doubling in Varanasi Division of North Eastern Railway for public carriage of goods
and passenger traffic. Gauge: 1676 mm.

Completion of all works in the section including
various yards as per CRS approved plans, sanctions
and other sanctions and compliance of their
stipulations. Compliance of joint inspection notes of

department shall be ensured. Necessary safety
certificate should be issued by the concerned branch
officers before regular operation of train on the new
line(s).
There shall be no infringement to IRSOD (BG) in

General Manager shall ensure that responsibility of
maintenance of the section and their assets shall lie on

Open Line immediately on introducing of trains in the
section.
It shall be ensured that all concerned operating staff
are given adequate training in VDU based El system
with in-built block working and SWR and GWR of all

stations and LC gates have been correctly/ completely
amended both in Rajbhasha and English and issued to
the station/LCs.
All train Crew and TMRs (Guards) nominated to
6 work trains in the section shall be imparted adequate Noted
"Learning Road" training.
Adequate posts of regular trained and competent P-
way staff, S&T maintenance staff and TRD staff as
per approved yardstick to be sanctioned and staff as
7 per yardstick and adequately equipped with necessary Noted

Sectional Sr. DEN/DEN shall certify that all turnouts
have been laid as per standard and their layouts are

DSTE and Sr. DEN before using them for train
operation.
Observation of all temporary and permanent speed Noted
