I am writing to formally express my intent to apply for the Special Early Retirement Program
offered by Dolefil. After careful consideration and consultation with my family, I have decided
to take advantage of this opportunity to retire early.

This decision has not been made lightly. My tenure at Dolefil Corporation has been both
fulfilling and enriching, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunities and experiences I have
gained here. However, I believe that now is the right time for me to transition into retirement and
focus on personal goals and interests that I have been looking forward to.
