of Career Guidance Program to the 21st Century

This career day also wants career day wants to incorporate the
RIASEC model (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising,
Conventional) that will help students explore career options, understand
their interests and skills, and make conversant decisions about their
future path.
The Career Day with the theme, “Empowering Future: The Impact of
Career Guidance Program to the 21 st Century Students will be conducted
on April 8, 2025 with the following objectives:
a. To enhance the students’ awareness on the 4 main tracks
namely, Academic, Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL), Sports,
and Arts and Design.
b. For students to gain insight into different industries and the roles
within them to start planning their educational and career paths
based on their interests and skills.
c. To let students understand how their personality and interests
align with different career fields while learning about the types of
work environments and tasks that best suit their strength.
II. OBJECTIVES:
The activity aims to:
1. By the end of the program, 80% of students will be able to
identify and describe at least 5 different career paths, including
the required skills and education, based on a post-program quiz.
2. Students will complete a career interest assessment and receive
personalized career guidance, resulting in a list of at least 3
potential career paths that align with their interests and abilities.
3. Students will demonstrate an understanding of how their
strengths can be leveraged in different work environments.
III. TRAINING METHODOLOGY:
Presentation, discussion and workshop will be use in the activity to
ensure that the participants will be able to demonstrate the expected
outcomes.
