Salary Administration & Statutory Compliance
 Preparation of monthly salary of all employees / workers after relevant deductions.
 Working of Marg HRXPERT Payroll Software.
 Handling issues of EPF & ESIC and generate monthly Challans Online.
 Maintaining all statutory records & registers under the various relevant Acts i.e. Factories, ESIC, EPF,
Bonus, etc. Liaisoning with government authorities i.e. EPF, ESIC, DLWB, Labour Deptt., etc.
 Handling issues related Gratuity, Leaves, LTA, Mediclaim Insurance, GPA, Advance, Loans, TDS, etc.
 Handling full & final settlement of resigned employees & Issuing Pay Slip and Form 16 Part A & B.
 Prepare monthly changes inputs i.e. New Joiners Detail, Compensation, Advances, Incentives, etc.
 Preparing & amending Contract Agreement with the Contractors.
 Prepare monthly MIS related to Payroll, Compliance, Reimbursement, Leave and Full & Final Settlement.
 Preparing full & final settlement after completion of all exit formalities i.e. obtaining no due certificate and
issuing resignation acceptance, relieving, experience letters, etc.

 Maintaining all statutory records & submitting all returns under the various acts of labour laws.
 Handling Inspection Process of ESIC & EPF and maintaining all relevant documents for the Inspection.
 Leading a team of Two Executives & Managing the 1000 employee’s data base.
 Ensure statutory payments / returns of ESIC, EPF, LWF, etc. are to be done on time.
 Salary reconciliation with Internal, External Auditor & accounts deptt. on monthly basis. Handling HR
Audit with coordination of accounts deptt. Verifying the reimbursement bills & keeping their records.
 Filling Half Yearly & Annual Returns under Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Maternity Benefit Act,
Payment of Bonus Act & Employees Compensation Act on time.
 Preparation of Bonus amount of all eligible employees and ensure to timely disbursement.
 Maintaining Documents for obtaining EPF / ESIC Code No., Factory License, etc.
 Handling grievances of employees / workers on day to day basis related to Payroll, Increments, Overtime,
any other dispute to improve discipline and productivity at work place.
 Timely payment of DA & TE to the Sales & Marketing employees.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
 Maintaining healthy, harmonious and progressive relationship between employer and employees.
 Handling employee grievances & resolving the disputes and try to remove the pitfalls of the organization.
 Identify & maintain a list of high potential employees & develop an appropriate retention strategy for them.
 Develop appropriate reward & recognition schemes for employees i.e. Employees of the Month, Marriage
Shagun, Special Increment, Full Attendance Incentive, etc..

development sessions aimed at enhancing the sense of bonding and oneness amongst the employees.
 Conducting Health awareness programmers like Free Medical Camps, First Aid and Fire Fighting training

Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Activities
 Maintaining discipline and good working environment within the organization.
 Issuing warning letter/ charge sheet/show cause notice to the employees against misconduct, negligence of
work, unsatisfactory performance and any violence with the rules & regulations of the organization.
 Conducting preliminary, domestic enquiry & handling labour court cases as and when required.
HR Operations
 Formulating & Implementing the HR policies and updating all general information on the HRIS.
 Preparing and updating the various MIS reports i.e. Manpower Database, PMS Tracker, Exit Tracker on
monthly basis. Handling HR Audit.
 Assessment of employee’s performance based on KRA & Achievements at the time of confirmation,
annual appraisal, promotion, transfer & separation of employee.
Recruitment
 Handling Manpower Planning through taking requisition & providing manpower to all departments.
 Drafting & Posting of vacancy in various media sources and internet job portals. Screening, Scrutinizing &
Short listing the profile in accordance with MPR and forwarding to concerned official.
 Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance efficiently & effectively to fill open position.
 Coordination with placement Consultants, Advertisements and Internet Job Portals.
 Taking preliminary round of Interview and lining up the candidates for next round.
 Counseling sessions, periodical work climate surveys & exit interview of all employees.

 Issuing interview letters, offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion, regret, warning,
letters, etc. Taking care of past employment verification process of new entrants.
 Completing all joining formalities & maintaining personal files of each employees.
