launched the entire contact center suite by the name of C-Zentrix which incorporate all the
components of the telephony application like ACD,IVR, Predictive Dialer, Voice logger, CRM, MIS
reporting etc. We are looking for dedicated professionals with innovative mindset to be a part of our
very fast growing organization with multiple telecom products in pipeline.
We are looking for a Support Engineer who will be responsible for the Installation of the Linux Operating
system on server’s onsite and provide the technical support on Software application installed on Linux
server.
Candidate will be responsible to provide technical support to the clients for C-Zentrix, support will be on
call, onsite, online using the software application and troubleshooting on Operating system, networking &
Database [MYSQL] related issues.
Desired profile of the candidate
Good knowledge of Linux Server Installation process & command line.
Good knowledge of relational databases like My SQL
Good knowledge on the Networking, SIP and VOIP gateways like Audio Code, IP
Phones, PRI Gateway.
Experience in the Technical Support.
Hands on experience on the Remote access tools like Team Viewer, Ammyy Admin,
Remote Desktop.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Should be comfortable to work in shifts (24x7)
