Role & Responsibilities:


As a Business Development Executive (BDE) Fresher, you will be a key player in driving
business growth for our IT staffing services. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:

 Research and identify potential US clients & Vendors in the IT sector who may
require staffing services.
 Source leads and generate new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:

 Initiate contact with prospective US clients & Vendors through cold calls, emails, and
other communication channels.
 Build and maintain relationships hiring managers.
 Understand US client & Vendors requirements and communicate how our staffing
solutions can meet their needs.
Collaboration & Teamwork:

 Work closely with recruitment team to understand client staffing needs and provide
suitable candidates.
 Ensure a smooth client experience.

Skills:
 Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
 Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Compensation for Freshers:


 Annual CTC: 3 LPA
 Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 (before deductions)
 In-hand: 24,300 + incentives.
 Incentives: Monthly and recurring incentives provided along with the salary.
 Hike: Salary hike slab open every 6 months based on current CTC.
