1. General
This product is a fixed-type charger with high-speed switching mode using FET and
can be applied to the system for the automatic charging of generator battery or lead storage battery.
Since it is basically embedded with safety and protective devices for lead storage battery,
many disasters and emergency condition can be prevented. Also, GPC recommend equal charging
once a month to improve battery life and performance.

2. Features and strong points


- Semi-permanent. (using high-performance FET)
- Charging can be done in optimal condition with the application of constant voltage
and constant current control method.
- The response speed depending on the load characteristic is fast, and accidents caused
by over current are prevented.
- Safety measures have been fully applied for over voltage & current, inverse voltage & current
and temperature protection.
- The embedded stable micro control unit always detects the battery state.
- Output voltage & current and charge state are digital monitored from the out panel.
- Various set points can be set with simple button operation.
- The volume is small and is hardly influenced by the change rate of input voltage.

- Input voltage : AC220V 60Hz / AC110V(Option)
- Output voltage : DC26.5V
- Charging current : Max. 15A
- Configuration : SMPS, Relay Block, Control Board and Display

4. Main functions
1) Display main function
- Selection charging mode (Float/Equal)
- Indication battery low voltage (21.5V)
- Indication over voltage (31V)
- Automatic detection charging circuit fail and battery broken
- Lamp test button
- Over&low voltage simulation test
- Charging voltage and charging current, real time display
- Over current protection at the starting condition

- Over voltage protection
- Over current protection
- Miss connection protection (circuit error)
- Over temperature protection

5. Display designation and description

1) DC VOLT. (V)
- Indicate charging voltage
2) DC AMP. (A)
- Indicate charging ampere
3) STATUS LED
- Indicate power on/off and charging mode (Float / Equal)
4) ALARM LED
- Indicate what is wrong (Over & Low voltage / Charging Error)
5) OVER & LOW VOLTAGE P/B
- Function of simulation test
6) RESET P/B
- After clearing trouble, turn off alarm lamp
7) MODE P/B
- System setting mode
8) LAMP TEST P/B
- All lamp on condition

6. Charging mode setting

1) Charging mode setting.

- Enter setting mode by pushing “MODE”④ button for 2 seconds

- Indicated “F00” on “DC VOLT. (V)”①

- Indicated value on “DC AMP. (A)”② as below

1) 00F : Float mode 2) 00E : Equal mode

- Next setting value : push “OVER VOLT. TEST”③ button

*Default value: 00F : Float mode

- Save by pushing “MODE”④ button for 2 seconds
