underprivileged youth, with verified employment opportunities in their local area. It helps bridge
the gap between skilled individuals and employers looking for reliable workers in sectors like
retail, delivery, domestic work, and entry-level office jobs.

Users create profiles and input skills, qualifications, and location. The app automatically
matches them with nearby job listings.
b. Skill Certification:
RozgarNow offers micro-training modules with certificates that improve the chances of
getting hired. Training includes interview preparation, basic computer literacy,
communication skills, and more.
c. Local Language Support:
The app supports multiple regional languages to ensure accessibility for people from rural
and semi-urban backgrounds.

Employers undergo a verification process to ensure safety and fairness for job seekers.
