Subject: Request for re-allocate our devices.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the application we would like to request the re-allocation of devices
provided by the UP Government. We are foreign students currently pursuing our MBA
(FM), 2nd year.

These devices were initially allotted to us by name; however, they were not handed
over due to our e-KYC not being updated with Aadhaar. As foreign nationals, we do not
possess Aadhaar Cards. An alternative measure of passport verification was identified
for us. Unfortunately, due to various issues related to passport verification, the process
took an extended period to resolve. We are pleased to inform you that our verification
process is now successfully completed, which spanned approximately five months
(November 2024 to March 2025).

We kindly request your assistance in facilitating the re-allocation of our devices at the
earliest convenience. Hoping that you will do the needful for us and extend your kind
support in this regard. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. We look
forward to your positive response.

Yours sincerely,
Sumit Kumar Patel (Enrollment No. – 470982)
