Course Objectives
This course will be taught with the following objectives:
1. To understand the nature of Administrative law, its development and components of natural
justice
2. Todiscuss the need and process of classification administrative actions and position the rights of
individuals in each circumstance
3. To understand the role of judicial review in putting limits on the abuse or misuse of
administrative powers
Course Outcomes
The student will be able

1. To understand the basic doctrines of administrative law and the concept and components of
natural justice.
2. To comprehend and the legal consequence of a particular administrative action based on their
classification
3. To analyze and enumerates grounds on which judiciary may review administrative actions and
the available remedies in case of abuse of power
