1.Electrical maintenance at the entrances of
buildings (A – B – C): Ensure all electrical
connections are safe and secure.

2.Maintenance of electrical panels for main


streets and sidewalks. Inspect electrical
panels and landscape lighting in main and
side streets to ensure they are functioning
Maintenance efficiently.

3.Interlock maintenance between buildings


A and B.
4.Maintenance of lighting poles: Inspect
lighting poles of 3 meters and 1 meter
height to ensure proper illumination.

5.Maintenance of shafts in the entrances of


buildings: Ensure the shafts are clean and
functioning well.
1. Control of flying and crawling insects
on-site: Implement measures to control
both flying and crawling insects throughout
the site.
2. Control of flying insects in green areas:
Focus on controlling flying insects in grassy
and green areas.
3. Operation of the ULV device and fogger
4. Monitoring and replenishing biological
Pest Control traps: Regularly check and replenish
biological traps to maintain their
effectiveness.
5. Spraying entrances and staircases of
buildings: Apply insecticides at the
entrances and staircases of buildings.
6. Spraying trash bins : Ensure trash bins
are sprayed to prevent insect infestations.
1. Maintenance of green areas : Ensure the
beds are pruned and the soil is turned for
better plant health.

2. Irrigation of grass areas on-site:


Watering the grass areas throughout the
site.

Landscape 3. Fertilization of all green areas and pest


control: Apply fertilizers to all green areas
and implement pest control measures.
1. Regular cleaning of buildings on-site (A
– B – C): Supervise the regular cleaning
activities for buildings A, B, and C on-site.

2. Monitoring and cleaning streets:


Regularly monitor and clean the streets.

3. Weekly cleaning of the fountain: Ensure


the fountain is cleaned weekly.

4. Collecting rubbish from bins and
cleaning them

5. Weekly washing of rubbish bins

6. Cleaning security both


• Notification of Maintenance Schedules:
Informing residents about scheduled maintenance
activities, such as electrical work, pest control,
cleaning schedules, water and electricity outages,
and new updates in the compound.

• Safety Reminders:
Providing tips on safety measures, such as securing

Community personal belongings, reporting suspicious activities,


and following building regulations.

Notices
• Community Events:
Announcing any upcoming events or gatherings,
such as community meetings and social events.

• Important Contacts:
Send contact information for Fm team ,managing
service (Apleona)
Sending information messages to all Residences as
the following :-

• Maintain Clean Common Areas:


Ensure proper disposal of garbage and keep pet
waste out of common area.

• Secure Personal Belongings:


Lock doors and windows when leaving home and
Resident Tips avoid leaving valuables in public areas.

• Report Issues:
If you notice any problems in the building or
common areas, report them to building
management.

Ensure compliance with all building rules and
regulations to maintain order and safety.
