construction, equipment, outfit and crew for the trade of
service in which the vessel is employed, or any bad stowage or
over loading of cargo or overdraft of vessel, are breaches of the
warranty of seaworthiness
- Warranted for towing operation, the tug boat should not be under
power condition/the power of tug boat shouId be
adequate
- Warranted all regulations and recommendations by port/sea
author must be fulfilled
- Warranted vessel ISM compliant, if applicable
- Warranted No Overdraft/Overload the cargo/crew/passenger
during operations
- Warranted last docking maximum 6 month before inception date
(un-classed vessel).
- Period must be informed before on risk
- No loss until binding date
