MOST RESEPCTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the present case is pending before this Hon'ble Court and fixed for today i.e
29.04.2025.

2. That the applicant/accused can not appear before this Hon'ble Court today,
due to illness as he is suffering from stomach infection and high fever. This
information received through telephonically.

3. That the non-appearance of the applicant/ accused neither intentionally nor


deliberately but due to above said reason and he undertakes to appear before this
Hon'ble court on each and every date of hearing in future.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased
to allow this application for today, in the interest of justice.
