IN THE COURT OF HONOURABLE III ADDITIONAL JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE-CUM-III ADDITIONAL JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE OF FIRST CLASS,
RANGA REDDY DISTRICT, AT L.B.NAGAR Honoured Sir, I submit that today i.e. on 22.11.2024 at 17:30 hours received a complaint from Smt.Gubba
Nagalaxmi w/o Venugopal Rao, age: 22 yrs, occ: Housewife, caste: Vaishyas, r/o. H.no. 11-21-1561, NTR nagar, Phase-3, road no: 03, Saroornaar, Lb nagar,
Ranga Reddy District Cell.9989895141 Which she stated as follows. Brief facts of the case are that the compalainant performed marriage with the accused A1:
Venugopal Rao s/o Krishna rao, age: 30 yrs, caste: vyshya, occ: Bank employee, r/o Bhavani nagar colony, Moosapet metro station, beside amaravathi residency,
sanathnagar on 15.03.2023 in presence of both side elders and well wishers. At the time of marriage on the demand of her husband and in laws her parents gave
15 Lakhs cash, 6 tulas of gold, 10 thulas silver and household articles as dowry. She led happy marital life for 18 months. Thereafter her husband and in-laws
started harassing her mentallay and physically for want of additional dowry with instigation of her mother-in-law A2: Leela rani, father-in-law A3: Krishna rao,
sister-in-law A4: Krishnakumari and A5: Shashidar. Her husband and in-laws are threatening her with dire consequences to kill her and necked her out of the
house. As such she requested to take necessary action as per law against him. On 22.11.2024 at 17:30 hours Basing on the content of the above petition I
registered a case in Cr.No. 473/2024 U/s. 498(A), 506 IPC and sec 3, 4 of DP Act investigation entrusted to ASI.T.Venkateshwar reddy. (The original complaint
is enclosed here with). Sd/- Sri.A.Sudhakar-Inspector of Police, WPS Saroornagar, Rachakonda. Copy submitted W/Cs to: The Commissioner of Police,
Rachakonda, DCP L.B. Nagar Zone, Rachakonda and ACP, L.B. Nagar Division, Rachakonda for favor of information. A1: Venugopal Rao, A2: Leela rani, A3:
