Dear parents,
Greetings !!!
We are happy to welcome you and your child to the New Academic Session 2025-26.
As we embark upon this fresh journey, I want to express my gratitude for the trust you have placed in
us to educate and nurture your child.
At BIS, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters
academic excellence, creativity and character formation. Our dedicated team of teachers are
passionate about helping your child grow and thrive.

Session Start Dates


▪ I to X and XII – Thursday, 3rd April 2025
▪ Pre-Primary – Monday, 7th April 2025
▪ XI – Tuesday, 15th April 2025

School Timings
▪ I to XII – 7:50 am – 2:00 pm
▪ Pre-Primary – 9:00 am-12:30 pm

Dispersal Timings
▪ Bus – 2:10 pm
▪ Walkers – 2:30 pm

Please Note
• Students are instructed to report to school in proper school uniform and decent
haircut from the very first day of the session.
• Timetable will be given by the class teacher on session start day.
• Bus timings will be shared by the respective route in charge.
• For parents using the school transport services, it's essential that your child
arrives at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
Buses cannot wait for children at the bus stops, as it delays timings for the stops
ahead.
• Regular attendance is crucial for your child’s academic success. It helps
them to establish a disciplined life style, follow a routine and stay on top of
their schoolwork and studies. We encourage you to make every effort to
ensure your child attends school regularly.
• All Saturdays will be off for students.
• Students will not be allowed to leave early unless there is an emergency. If
the child is not well, they should take rest at home.
• Morning assembly will start at its scheduled time and late entries will not
be permitted once the assembly starts.
