Regarding the above-mentioned reference, wherein this office has been asked to
undertake the above subjected work with an approved allocation of Rs 0.80 lacs for
the current year out of the total accorded amount of Rs 4.44 lacs. As the nomenclature
of these two works is not matching with each other as such I am directed to forward
the Detailed Estimate for “Construction of Dug out pond at Toolihalan Sedow Ismail
Nallah Shopian” amounting to Rs. 0.76 lacs for the required authorization to initiate
the tendering process for the submitted detailed estimate.
