• Manage business reporting for multiple teams and monitor


performance consistently.
• Verify the integrity and accuracy of revenue reporting across
different systems, ensuring correct profitability is communicated
to CXOs.
• Maintain detailed records of open tasks and escalations,
providing regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Allocate efforts across various business implementations to
support the preparation of Profit/Loss statements for financial
reporting.
• Track critical data points that influence core business activities
and escalate insights to senior stakeholders when necessary.
• Provide ad-hoc support with urgent reports and materials,
ensuring timely delivery.
• Execute daily, weekly, or monthly business processes as per
business requirements.

• As a Data Operations Analyst we manage business reporting of


numerous teams, constantly monitor performance.
• Checking the integrity of the revenue reporting done by the different
systems for the correct profitability to be reported to the CXOs.
• Send reports periodically and alert stakeholders for changes in the
key performance metrics.
• Allocate efforts to different Business Implementations that help
build Profit/Loss statement for the Financials.
• Track crucial data points which affect the core of the business and
escalate it to senior stakeholders.

• Location: Mumbai (On-Site)


• Qualification: Graduate degree in BE, BSc (IT), BCA, MCA, BSc
(CS)
• Experience: 0–1 year
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required. Familiarity with
Python for automation as well is a big plus.
o Skilled in creating efficient and insightful data
visualizations, reports, and dashboards, with strong
communication skills to effectively convey findings and
insights to stakeholders.
o Skilled in managing master data, including creation,
updates, and deletion, using database tools to extract,
load, and transform data from multiple data sources.
o Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse
numbers, spot trends, and identify anomalies.
• Good to have:
o Experience using statistical, analytical, and dashboarding
tools such as Power BI, SAS, or SPSS
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and cross-
functional environment.
