Dear professor Suleiman,

Apology For Absence From Staff And Student Program

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for my absence from the staff and
students program held on 26 February 2025.

I had been feeling unwell since the morning, and despite trying to push through, my condition
worsened as the day went on. I decided to rest because I didn’t want to risk making it worse. I really
wanted to attend the congress, but my health had to come first. I’ll make sure to catch up on any
important discussions I missed.

.I regret missing the opportunity to participate in the discussions and gain valuable insights. If there
are any notes or key takeaways from the event, I would greatly appreciate it if they could be shared with
me. Moving forward, I will ensure that I attend all departmental programs without fail.
