1. Could you tell me about yourself and describe your background in brief?

Rta: My name is Yiseth Paola Terán Guerra, I am 24 years old. My career has been one
of being a great teacher, but above all, it has been my commitment to my work, the love
with which I project it, and the respect with which I treat my colleagues.

2. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Rta: My strengths are:


• Empathy: The ability to understand and share the feelings of others.
• Communication: The ability to express oneself clearly and effectively.
• Teamwork: The ability to collaborate and work with others to achieve common goals.
• Problem-solving: The ability to identify and find solutions to challenges.
• Leadership: The ability to guide and motivate others.
• Adaptability: The ability to adjust to new situations and environments.
• Creativity: The ability to generate new and original ideas.
• Organization: The ability to plan and carry out tasks efficiently.
• Patience: The ability to wait and persist in the pursuit of results.

My weaknesses are:

Lack of confidence: Self-doubt, which can make decision-making difficult.


Lack of communication: Difficulty expressing ideas and feelings clearly.
Lack of flexibility: Difficulty adapting to changes and new situations.
Lack of organization: Difficulty planning and managing tasks efficiently.
3. Where do you see yourself in five years and in 10 years?

Rta: I see myself leading an important project at this company, leveraging my


experience and knowledge to generate significant results. I also hope to continue
learning and developing, perhaps specializing in a specific area that will allow me to
contribute even more to the organization's success.

4. Could you tell me about some relevant experiences in your


Workplace?

Rta: My most meaningful work experience has been working in an institution as a


preschool teacher, where I've covered everything from creating and implementing
curriculum to classroom management and communicating with parents. I've enjoyed the
opportunity to foster children's cognitive, social, and emotional development through
fun and creative activities.

5. How do you stay updated with industry trends and developments?

Rta: to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, it's crucial to regularly
read relevant information sources, actively participate in professional events and
communities, and remain aware of your competitors' strategies. Continuous learning
and professional development through courses, workshops, and seminars are also
important.
6. If you were confronted with a challenging situation, such as
encountering bribery or unethical behavior in the workplace, what
steps would you take to address it?
