What the Official Notice Said
U.S, Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has ordered this action in its I-140
Immigrant Petition Application for Foreign Workers.
The USCIS Policy Manual [7 USCIS-PM E.5] directs USCIS officers to make use of the DOL
SOC system when making eligibility decisions. USCIS officers consider multiple factors
when deciding whether the job qualifies for employment or not.
The USCIS officer requires evidence of factors including, but not limited to:
• The skills, experience, education, training, licenses or certifications specifically
required to perform the employment.
• The salaries associated with the employment request, minimum 3 years in a row, with
support for payment of insurance and corresponding taxes by the employee who is
requested.
• Any other relevant and credible evidence presented by the applicant.
THIS FORM IS NOT A VISA AND MAY NOT BE USED IN PLACE OF A VISA. NOTICE:
Although thisapplication or petition has been approved. USCIS and the U.S. Department of
HomelandSecurity reserves the right to verify this information before and/or after
making adecision on your case so we can ensure that you have complied with applicable

laws,rules, regulations, and other legal authorities. We may review public information
andrecords, contact others by mail, the internet or phone, conduct site inspections
ofbusinesses and residences, or use other methods of verification. We will use
