3. Shortlisted candidates based on above referred cut-off will receive email from the Institute.
The candidates are required to reach the Centre / Venue on the date and time indicated in the email
along with Original documents and Id proof (Aadhaar Card / Pan Card / Driving Licence) with one set
of Photocopy of the documents.
4. The students those who have secured score above cut-off and opted the centres other than
the referred centres are requested to send their centre preference by 7th May, 2025 to

Admission Process Guidelines

Admission Process:

Admission Process is basically a test to analyze a management aspirant’s

communication, analytical skills with clarity in presentation.

The Admission Process is aimed to assess the candidate for:

1. Subject Knowledge
2. Aptitude to learn
3. General Awareness
4. Communication Skill
5. Personality and Behavior
The Admission process is consisting of the following three Processes:

Part I : Document and Identity Verification.

Part II : Group Discussion (GD)
Part III : Personal Interview (PI)

 The candidates are required to participate in all the three Admission Test
Processes. The process will be of four hours duration undertaken either in the
forenoon or afternoon as per the allotted time slot.

 A group consisting of a 10 - 12 candidates will be assessed by a panel.

 The candidates will be intimated in advance only through E-mail about the date and
timing of Admission Process.

 The candidate should attend physically with all required original certificates,
documents and valid photo Identity card (preferably Aadhar Card, Driving License)
during the Admission Test Process at the allotted center.

 For any assistance keep in touch with the concerned Admission Facilitator.

ON THE DAY OF ADMISSION PROCESS.

All the candidates are required to participate in all the three following Processes.
Part I : Documentation & Identity Verification.
Part II : Group Discussion (GD)
Part III : Personal Interview (PI)

1. PART I : DOCUMENT VERIFICATION.

 The first stage of the admission process will be Documents and identity
Verification.

 The Document Verification of candidates will start at 9.00 AM for the

Forenoon session candidates and 2.00 PM for the Afternoon session
candidates, on the day of their GD & PI.

 The verification officer will complete the Document Verification process

of all the candidates one by one.

 Candidates should show their following documents to Verification

officer through online video meet:
o Identity proof – Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Driving license
o Proof of having latest valid Test score of any one of the National Tests
: CAT / XAT / CMAT (NTA) / GMAT
o Mark sheets of SSC, HSC and Graduation.
o Proof of SC/ST/OBC
o Proof for EWS Certificate if applicable.
o Work Experience Certificate, if any
o Post Graduation Mark sheets, if any
o Proof for physically challenged, if applicable
o Proof of participation in co-curricular activities
Note : (i) the co-curricular activities / sport activities participation
certificates of UG courses / period will be considered.
(ii) proof of co-curricular activities / work experience
certificate submitted during document verification only
will be considered while preparing Merit List.

2. PART II : GROUP DISCUSSION (GD)

The second stage of the admission process will be Group Discussion (GD).
The candidate’s performance in Group Discussion (GD) will be assessed based on
the following criteria:

a) Subject Knowledge
b) Clarity of thought
c) Language Skills
d) Group Behavior
e) Leadership Quality
 The Group discussion for forenoon session will start at 10.00 AM and
2.30 PM for Afternoon session.
 Duration of each GD will be 12 minutes (10 minutes will be for
discussion and 2 minutes will be given for summarizing / concluding
the GD).
 In each group discussion, a group of 10 to 12 candidates will be
participating in the presence of the panel.
 On behalf of the group one candidate will choose the envelope
number displayed by the Admission Facilitator. After that, the
candidates have to choose one among the two topics in the envelop.
Choice by the majority of candidate will be final for the discussion. In
case of a tie, the panel is mandated to select the topic.

The suggestive areas for Group Discussion are:

1. Indian villages: Our strengths or Weaknesses

2. Should water resources be nationalized
3. Should Agricultural Subsidies be stopped?
4. Is the Consumer really the King in India?
5. Our Culture is Decaying
6. We are not serious about saving Environment
7. Should India break Diplomatic Ties with Pakistan?
8. Is Globalization Really Necessary?
9. Do Women make Good Managers?
10. Is Climate change the biggest threat to humanity?

3. PART III : PERSONAL INTERVIEW (PI)

The third and final stage of the admission process will be Personal Interview (PI).
Personal interview will be of 15 - 20 minutes for each candidate.
