1. Brief description of the machine tool

1、 Use and characteristics of the machine tools

This machine tool is used to process all kinds of workpiece, can also be used for the

2、 Composition of machine tools

The machine tool is composed of bed body, sliding pillow, bench, feeding box,
gearbox, electrical, lubrication and other main components.

Three, the operating system of the machine tool

1. Operating system description of the machine tool

Four, the machine tool lubrication system

1. Brief description of the lubrication system of the machine tool

(2) Lubricate the tubing of the gearbox, and adjust the oil amount to the maximum
through the transparent oil quantity controller.

(3) Lubricate the bearing of the gearbox spindle, the slider in the handle groove and
the two oil pipes of the size inclined gear to adjust the oil amount to the maximum is
appropriate.

(4) Each steel bead oil ring lubrication point, with oil gun oil lubrication.

(5) Pour oil on the guide surface of the upper rail surface and the lower rail surface of
the upper slide, and the lower rail surface of the lower rail surface of the sliding block
and the guide surface of the upper bed body with lubricating oil gun, and move the
sliding block to distribute the lubricating oil evenly.

(6) the lubrication of the gear and worm under the table, loosen the screw above the
table, lubricate with oil with the oil gun, observe the oil amount of each oil pipe,

The filling height of the oil pipe in the linoleum on the bed should be about
20~40 mm from the friction plate, and the decrease of the oil volume in the bed oil
should be observed regularly from the suction tip surface to the oil layer surface. The
oil label can be observed at the front of the bed to determine the oil level.

5. Machine tool electrical control system

4, the machine tool adjustment

frame, spindle bearing, size inclined gear, gearbox oil flow, the size of the oil, etc. To

(4) Adjust the travel length of the slip, and rotate the screw with a wrench (13). See

5. Test run of the machine tools
