WAIVER OF LIABILITY

1. I voluntarily join the tournament without any pressure, intimidation, or threat of any kind
from anyone or any reason.

2. I will abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the organizing committee.

3. I shall not hold the organizing committee nor any of its members liable and accept full
accountability for any and all damage or injury that I may cause to anyone, or any injuries
that I may suffer due to my own fault or negligence or through accident or through the act of
another, while playing in the tournament.

4. I shall not hold the organizing committee nor any of its members from any or all liabilities,
criminal, civil, administrative or otherwise, with respect to any injury or damage I may receive
while playing in the tournament.

5. This waiver was executed by myself, personally, freely and voluntarily with full knowledge
of the effects thereof.
