• In -service inspection of static Equipment like Pressure vessels, Columns, Heat
exchanger, Boiler, process
Piping, Bellows etc. in accordance with relevant standard like API 510,API
API570.
Conducting Periodic inspection of piping related to CUI, .
Preparation & review of procedures, maintenance practices and
Receiving documents like ITP, WPS, PQR, P&ID , and Isometric drawing etc. for
better quality work and verifying.
witness of WQT ,Hydro Test, Pneumatic test, hardness test & PMI testing,
Metallography etc.
Inspection of all incoming materials like pipes, Fittings ,consumables, tube
bundles, shell in warehouse according to ASME standard.
Planning and execution of NDT techniques like Radiography , Ultrasonic,
Magnetic particle inspection & Dye Penetrate testing, positive material
identification (PMI) and SR ( stress reliving).
External inspection of Vessel, Check for insulation, corrosion of externally
exposed surface ,erosion, grooving and pitting on shell, top dome and
internal surface of nozzle, thickness survey
Witness the Hydro test of piping and Equipment's (exchangers and vessels)
Inspection of PSV & PRV and its calibration.
Witness of pressure test of exchanger's tubes to find out defects inside tubes
and recommending the alternate solution.
Visually checking & inspection of fit-up & welding of pipe joints.

Baraouni) (2020-2022 TPI Contract-AKMEC)
