• The Bidder (Reseller / OEM) Should Be From GUJARAT. I.E. The Registration Of
Their Head Office or Service Centre Should Be In GUJARAT.
• Bidders can also submit the EMD/ePBG with Account Payee Demand Draft in
favour of PROGRAMME OFFICER payable at MAHESANA. Bidder has to upload
scanned copy / proof of the DD along with bid and has to ensure delivery of
hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 days of Bid End date / Bid Opening date.
Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates /
documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any
ISO 9001: The bidder or the OEM of the offered products must have ISO 9001
certification.
The bidder is required to upload, along with the bid, all relevant certificates such
as BIS licence, type test certificate, approval certificates and other certificates as
prescribed in the Product Specification given in the bid document.
OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the
quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity up till 6 Months after
completion of given work order completion date of contract. The purchaser also
reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity by up to 25% of the
contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates.
Bidders are bound to accept the orders accordingly.
Bidders are advised to check applicable GST on their own before quoting. Buyer
will not take any responsibility in this regards. GST reimbursement will be as per
actuals or as per applicable rates (whichever is lower), subject to the maximum
of quoted GST %.
The Bidder has to pay the offer amount including the specification, tax and the
price up to the location indicated in the bid, which should be noted.
The bidder has to upload the consenting ATC on the letterhead of the company
/firm/organization with the signature and stamp of OWNER / PROPRIETOR /
MANAGER along with the details including the bid number and date.
When submitting a bid, the bidder will only have to upload the CA certified
TURNOVER certificate. Apart from this other documents like balance sheet, tax
return document etc. will not be valid.
The bid offer amount to be paid during the bid should include all taxes and all
expenses related to the provision of goods or services. No additional costs of any
kind will be borne by the buyer.
The original copy of all the documents will have to be scanned and uploaded
during the bid.
The original copy of ISO: 9001 certificate should be scanned and uploaded at the
time of bidding by the bidder.
The bid offer will include device installation, Supply and testing costs.
Bid offers with incomplete specification will be disqualified during the Technical
Evaluation.
In case of non-compliance with the above terms and conditions, the bidder will
be rejected by the buyer during the technical evaluation.
The sample will have to be submitted to the office here as per the specification
and criteria determined by the contractor after receiving the contract. Once the
sample is certified, it has to be delivered on time limit.
The goods have to be completed by the winning bidder as per the location
mentioned in the bid within the time limit.
Branding shall be done on the water jug as per the detail suggested by the
buyer.
The warranty and subsequent services of the pressure cooker shall be provided
as per the bid specification.
The decision regarding the above bid will be considered final by the District
Purchase Committee/ Buyer.
