Greetings of the Day!

“A new session opens the door to fresh beginnings, exciting opportunities, and endless growth!”

Please take note of the following important instructions and updates for the upcoming school year:

1. School Timings (Starting Thursday, 3 April 2025):


o The school day will begin at 7:50 am and end at 2:30 pm.
2. Room allotted to Class-VIII-B : F-7 (First Floor) Left wing
3. School Uniform:
o Students must wear the Summer School Uniform.
o House Uniform is to be worn every Wednesday.
4. Material to be submitted tomorrow-

 Abhivyakti File,
 Expressions,
 Math Activity File,
 Science Project File &
 Social Science Project File
 Coloured sheets (2)
 Coloured pens

5. ID Cards:
o Students should continue using their old ID cards until the new ones are issued.
o New Admissions must carry a temporary ID card with their details written in capital
letters, along with a passport-sized photograph of the child.
6. Stationery Requirements:
o Students are to carry one rough notebook, their personal stationery (2 pencils, a scale,
eraser, sharpener, sketch pens, pencil colours) and a water bottle.
7. Fruit Break:
o To promote healthy eating habits, students are encouraged to bring fruits for a short fruit
break.
8. Contacting Teachers:
o To avoid disrupting classes, kindly refrain from calling teachers between 7:50 am - 2:00
pm. Please leave a note in the student’s diary or convey your message through the school
reception via phone.
9. Important Updates:

 Stay informed about school announcements, updates, and events by regularly checking the
Almanac, Cloud9, and the WhatsApp group for notifications.
