1.0 Purpose of the Course


The purpose of the unit is to give students a "feel" at an introductory level,
the intellectual skills of fact-finding, analysis, reasoning, evaluation and
approaches to legal problems and issues, classification of various areas of
the law of Contract, the scope and dynamics of Contract.

2.0 Expected Learning Outcomes of the Course


At the end of the course students should be able to:

2.3 Classification of Contracts.
2.4 Terms of contract; Exemption clauses, conditions and warranties.
2.5 Privity of contract.
