I would like to give an overwhelming thanks and

acknowledgement to all the people who helped me in accomplishing

my On–the–Job Training and with all gratefulness; this piece of work is

dedicated to the following persons:

First and foremost to our ALMIGHTY GOD, for giving me

wisdom, knowledge and strength every day, for all the graces and

blessings, for the guidance and good health that help me to perform

my task to accomplish my On–the–Job Training. For His word that

keeps on reminding me that “I can do all this through Him who gives

me strength (Philippians 4:3).”

To my parents, my deepest gratitude and appreciation for

being with me all through the way from the very beginning and for

showing your unconditional love and unending support financially,

emotionally and spiritually.

To my sibling, who serve as my inspiration, who kept on

encouraging me to always make the best out of everything and for

being a supportive sister all the time.

To my friends and co–trainees, for their patience and moral

support as well as the happiness we shared that inspired I to finish this

narrative report;

To my institution Nueva Ecija University of Science and

Technology where I am continuously growing as Bachelor of

Science in Business Administration major in Entrepreneurship.
