Flow State Entry Checklist

1. Goal Clarity

[] Do I know exactly what I'm trying to accomplish?

[] Is this goal challenging but doable (around 4% beyond my current skill)?

[] Can I break it into small, specific steps?

2. Eliminate Distractions

[] Phone is off or in airplane mode

[] Notifications are disabled

[] All unnecessary tabs/apps are closed

[] Physical space is clear and clean

3. Prime My Mind

[] 2-5 minutes of breathwork or meditation

[] Reviewed goal and visualized completing it

[] Chose a time block to focus (e.g., 90 min sprint)

4. Prepare the Environment

[] Music or white noise ready (if using)

[] Comfortable workspace (lighting, chair, posture)

[] Water nearby

[] Tools I need are already open and ready

5. Start Flow Ritual

[] Begin at a consistent time (optional)

[] Play flow playlist or use trigger cue (e.g., deep breath, stretch)
