GUIDELINES ON ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Subject: RECRUITMENT TO 29 POSTS OF ASSISTANT REGISTRAR COOPERATIVE
SOCIETIES (BS-17) (INCLUDING 02 POSTS RESERVED FOR SPECIAL
PERSONS AND 01 POST RESERVED FOR MINORITY QUOTA) IN THE
COOPERATIVES DEPARTMENT (CASE NO. 08-RK/2025).
QUALIFICATION:
i) Bachelor’s Degree (Second division) from a University recognized by
Higher Education Commission; and
ii) Computer literate.
AGE LIMIT:
Male Candidates: 21 to 28 + 05 Years = 33 years.
Female Candidates: 21 to 28 + 08Years = 36 years.
REMAINING PRE-CONDITION:
The cutoff date for determining the eligibility as far as age is concerned shall be the 1st January
2025. However, the candidate must fulfill and complete all other pre-conditions/qualifications
for the examination on or before the Closing date as given in the Advertisement. The
candidates will produce the original certificates at the time of Psychological Assessment and
Interview to authenticate their claim in the application form.
CLOSING DATE: 17/04/2025
The following original documents are required for guidelines on eligibility
criteria to the post of ASSISTANT REGISTRAR COOPERATIVE
SOCIETIES (BS-17).
1. Valid CNIC (It must not be expired on last day of applying online for
the subject post).
2. Certificate of Matriculation/O-Level showing date of birth,
obtained/total marks.
3. Original Certificate of Intermediate/A-level showing obtained /total
marks.
4. Bachelor’s Degree (Second division) including DMC showing Total
and Obtained marks or percentage certificate issued by the
Controller of Examination is required in case a candidate has degree
with only CGPA as PPSC does not accept CGPA:
a. Candidates who do not possess the above said qualification
will not be eligible even they had qualified Written Test.
5. Domicile Certificate issued on or before the closing date.
6. Departmental Permission Certificate issued by the Appointing
Authority in case of Government employee.
7. Disability Certificate (in case of Special Person) from the Provincial
Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons of Social Welfare
Department issued on or before the closing date of submission of
applications for the subject post.
