Accops HYID Setup registration Manual

Now, in order to access the systems you have to follow these steps:

1. From playstore or app store, kindly install google authenticator app


2. Open any browser
3. Go to https://secure-vpn.ikea.com.kw
4. Sign in with the username and password.
5. Now you should be able to see a screen and there will be an option to
register mobile token.
6. Upon clicking, you should see a QR code.
7. Scan the QR code from google authenticator to get the code.
8. Now click next where the QR code and enter the code from Google
Authenticator and click finish.
9. Go back to https://secure-vpn.ikea.com.kw enter the credentials and now
you can enter the mobile token.
10. You should be able to see the machines and you can access k3-support to
access the Kuwait environment.

After this is completed, you would need to register another token to access the
machines.

1. Go to https://connect.ikea.com.kw from any browser.


2. Sign with username and password.
3. Register the mobile token as steps 5,6,7 and 8.
4. Once you the message that you are all set, you can close the window and
use the code to access the machines.
