Committee Meeting held on 5th March 2023 at Association Office at 5:30 PM.
The Office Bearer Attendees were: Mr. C. Kannimuthu – President, Mr. Josh Edison Alcanther – Secretary,
Mr. Manoj Kodiya – Treasurer, Mr. Arun Kumar – Vice-President & Ms. Shilpa Prabhakar – Joint Treasurer

Committee Members: Mr. Christopher ( Senior Advisor), Mr. Arivali, Mr. Sathyanarayan, Mr. Venkatesh V, Mr.
Kaliyan Daniel, Mrs. Tirthakumari, Mr. Akshay

Resolution was passed for the following point given below:

A final notice will be sent to ex-treasurer Mr. Raghavendra to ask him to submit the Book of Accounts for 2021-22
to the Auditor and also return the amount of Rs. 31,400 which is yet to be deposited from the MMC cash
collections for the year 2021-22 within a week’s time else legal action will be initiated against him.
