3. Attended the Online meeting of System Administrators for Wireless
Access for Health as appointed of being a Data Quality Officer and
PhilHealth Coordinator/Health Financing in the team
4. Participated during the Clean and Green activity in line with our
commitment to environmental sustainability through promoting
cleanliness and waste management
5. Performed back encoding documents such as patients profiling and
Individual Treatment Record of patient from different barangays of
Sugpon
6. Collected monthly accomplishment report of all Barangay Nutrition
Scholars
7. Consolidated Electronic Operation Timbang Plus of all Barangay
Nutrition Scholars
8. Admitted and monitored vital signs of clients for consultation
9. Performed other task and functions as instructed
