File Menu

This menu contains commands and functions that affects the whole file created or opening
currently from the MS word application.

The file menu contains Save feature, which helps to write a new word file document into some
directory. The print function offers many features that can be used to print a document with
multiple varied settings.

This menu contains functions related to font formatting, paragraph formatting, style set , find and
replace text.

The home menu contains areas of font formatting, paragraph formatting, style set and replace /
find text. Font formatting has different features that helps us to change the appearance of text ,
like color, size , font style, superscript and so on. Paragraph formatting contains features that
affects the paragraphs typed in the word document.
