TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Our quoted prices are inclusive of packing, freight, forwarding and insurance charges.
2. Our offer is valid for 10 days from the date of submission.
3. GST: Extra @18% on UPS & Accessories & 28% on batteries.
4. Payment terms: 100% Advance.
5. The ordering will be given on our Authorized Partner.
6. We confirm that the quoted prices shall remain firm and fixed till the execution of order if it is placed on us
within the validity of our offer.
7. Input / Output panel, Cable, MCCBs & any other site related requirements will be in the customer’s scope.
8. Warranty: 24 months on UPS & batteries from date of installation or 25 months from the date of delivery,
whichever is earlier.
Note: As per battery manufacturers' recommendations, VRLA (SMF) batteries are recommended to be kept at
an ambient temperature of 25 Deg. C /. VRLA (SMF) batteries have a design life of 5 Years. i.e., 350 Cycles
charging / discharging at 100% depth of discharge. When the battery is discharged, it should be recharged before
next use / discharge for at least 80% of battery AH capacity. If the Battery is used without this recharging, then
the battery life deteriorates extensively and do not last its life cycle. In cases where utility power not available
or power failure exceeds the battery backup time indicated, generator backup to be provided for entire duration
of power failure for proper charging of the batteries, otherwise warranty is Null & Void. Also, the Backup
time is subject to the ageing of batteries. Battery warranty is not applicable if installation is delayed beyond 3
months from the date of delivery.
9. The delivery of the offered system will be completed within 4 – 6 weeks from the date of your commercially
cleared Purchase Order.
10. Operational and maintenance training will be given by our engineers to the Purchaser’s concerned staff
at customer’s site.
11. Consequential Damages: We shall be absolved of any consequential damages arising due to use of this
equipment.
12. Delivery Passage: The delivery passage for the UPS to be delivered at UPS room shall have clear passage
within the customer premises for free movement of the UPS unit and Accessories. All doors for entrance into
the allocated UPS room shall be designed accordingly.
13. Temperature: UPS room to be designed with adequate air conditioning for maintaining the Temperature at
25 Degree Celsius; this is suggested to achieve the optimum life of SMF VRLA type batteries.
14. The offer is subject to “Force Majeure” clause and subject to import regulations of Indian Govt. Authorities
Special Note: Any changes in the Duties / Taxes / Levies at the time of dispatch will be to customer's
account.
