Internships Announcement

Overview
RiarPro’s internship program offers opportunities across various fields, providing
students with hands-on experience in their chosen domains. This initiative aims
to equip students with practical skills, industry insights, and mentorship from
experienced professionals. By engaging in discussions and sessions with
professionals in the field, students will get a chance to gain a realistic
perspective of their careers of interest.

In addition to specialized internships, RiarPro conducts two mandatory trainings


for all interns to participate in: Design Thinking and Theatre Workshop. The Design
Thinking internship focuses on problem-solving and creativity. Meanwhile, the
Theatre Workshop emphasizes communication, confidence-building, and
teamwork. By engaging in theatrical exercises, interns will enhance their public
speaking, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. These mandatory internships
are designed to help students have a holistic learning experience.

Philosophy
The Industry Mentored Program is designed to bridge the gap between
academic learning and real-world industry experience. We believe that hands-
on exposure to industry projects, guided by experienced professionals,
empowers students to develop practical skills and critical thinking. Our program
fosters curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork, ensuring students are
well-prepared for future educational pursuits.

Target Audience
This program is tailored for school students in classes 9 to 12 who are eager to
explore various industries and gain firsthand experience. It is ideal for students
who are inquisitive, motivated, and looking to enhance their knowledge
beyond textbooks. The program welcomes students from diverse backgrounds
who are interested in STEM, business, arts, and other professional fields.

*Applying for the internship does not guarantee acceptance. After the
application deadline, selected candidates will be invited for an interview to
further assess their suitability for the internship. Interviews will be conducted and
candidates will be notified of their interview status via email. During the interview,
we will discuss your interests and aspirations related to the internship or project.
*Following the interviews, successful candidates will be notified of their selection
status by May 20, 2025. Please note that only successful applicants will be
